• installing a spark ignition in place of a pilot light to reduce gas usage
• replacing rusted through or damaged pipes
• installing new air vents to balance air flow
• cleaning boiler and burner tray
• installing or replacing a skim tap system to remove sludge build up
• adjusting gas valve pressure

We also recommend installing new safety switches and shut off valves as well as tagging all safety switches for visibility in emergencies.
